A light vacuuming is recommended only if there is debris on the carpet.

How Long Will It Take To Clean My Carpets?
On average, it will take approximately 25 minutes per room .This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

How Long Will It Take For My Carpets To Dry?
Dry time is affected by temperature, humidity and air flow to the area. It can take anywhere between7-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry depending on the aforementioned variables . Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year can help accelerate drying time so if its winter turn on the heat if its summer turn on the air conditioning or just leave all the windows open.

I Have Had My Carpet Cleaned, But The Spots Have Reappeared. What Should I Do?

Will Caret Cleaning Get Rid Of Ticks And Fleas In My Carpet And Upholstery?
We cannot guarantee that the cleaning will get rid of all the fleas. We usually recommend that the owner of the house call a professional exterminator that might be able to help. Please keep in mind that the carpet s not the only place fleas and ticks will lay eggs ,you might consider having your upholstery treated and cleaned as well as any area rugs or bed mattresses.

How Does Your Deodorizer Work To Remove Odors?
Clearsteam Carpet Care we use a highly concentrated pleasantly perfumed non-staining deodorizer that gets rid of organic odor sources such as vomit, urine, milk, feces, blood etc. The key to complete removal of an odor is that this product must reach all contaminated surfaces .If the odor causing source has penetrated the backing and possibly the padding we cannot guarantee complete removal of the odor.

Does Carpet And Upholstery Come With A Protector?
Most carpet and upholstery comes with a protector from the manufacturers. How ever this is a wear dated product and is removed over time with every day traffic once the fabric is clean the protective guard comes off so you should get it reapplied the manufactures recommend that you have this protector reapplied about once a year and perhaps more often on heavy traffic areas.
